you already know what to do,
so why do you keep starting over?
Because lasting strength isn't built in the gym alone.
It's built in the life you return to after every workout.
I help women design their lives to make building strength possible by combining evidence-based coaching with proven principles of lasting behavior change.

Strength Starts With Behavior - Consistency Over Perfection - Built for Real Life -
Women struggle with strength training because we're trying to build strength inside lives that are already full.
Careers.
Kids.
Marriage.
Mental load.
Endless decisions.
Constant demands.
The answer isn't another workout plan.
It's learning how to build a life where strength finally has room to exist.
This is where JZ Strength begins.
Before we ever talk about workouts...
I want to understand you.
Not just your goals.
Your life.
Because the best training program in the world can't succeed if it ignores the life it's being asked to fit into.
Together we'll look at:
• your schedule
• your priorities
• your support system
• your biggest obstacles
Then we'll build a plan around your actual life.
Then...
We'll build a plan around your actual life.
Why JZ Strength Exists
Most women already know what to do.
What they're missing is a system they can actually sustain.
Everything I teach comes back to one question:
Will this still work for your life a year from now?
That question eventually became the foundation for everything I coach.
I call it the S.T.R.O.N.G. Principles.
Before your body changes, your behaviors do.
That's where lasting strength begins.
MEET your coach
For over a decade, I've been fascinated by one question...
Why do some people “stick with it”... while others keep starting over?
I built my career studying how people change.
Not just what they do, but why they do it.
What gets in the way.
What helps change last.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Professional Coach, I've spent years helping people build systems that actually stick.
Then I became a mom.
In just two years, I welcomed three babies into my family, including twins.
Immediately I began to struggle because my life looked completely different.
I wasn't missing workouts because I didn't care.
I was juggling daycare drop-offs, interrupted sleep, sick kids, work, marriage, dishes, laundry, meals, family visits, an endless mental load, and a schedule that changed every week.
For the first time, I experienced what so many women experience every day.
I had motivation, but didn’t have any routine, predictability, or margin in my life.
Thankfully, everything I'd spent years studying prior to this season still worked.
It just had to work inside my real life.
That's when everything clicked.
The women I wanted to help weren't the women who needed more information.
They were the women trying to build strength while balancing careers, children, relationships, responsibilities, and everything else life demands.
Today, that's exactly who I coach.
Not because I've lived every version of your life.
But because I've spent years studying why people change...
...and I've lived what it feels like when life gets in the way.
My job isn't to hand you another workout or meal plan.
My job is to help you build a life where strength has room to stay.
I don't believe women need more “discipline”.
I believe they deserve a system that finally works with their life instead of competing with it.
Let's build a system that finally works with your life.
Tell me about you.
Before we ever talk about workouts, I want to understand the life those workouts need to fit into.
